Phyllis Riikonen

Phyllis has been in the real estate industry since 2002. She takes equal pride in finding those special properties that fit buyers’ requirements as well as marketing sellers’ homes to gain the greatest possible advantage. Phyllis understands that attention to detail – from beginning to end – is the key to a smooth real estate transaction. Her focus is always on providing the very best service to her clients.

Phyllis is a member of the Tri-Cities, Washington State, and National Associations of REALTORS®, as well as the PACMLS (Pacific Regional Multiple Listing Service). Prior to real estate, she worked for 14 years as a bookkeeper Her strong financial background has given her an important leg up in the real estate business.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Phyllis lives in the Tri-cities area with her husband, Tom.  They enjoy family get-togethers with their children and grandchildren and appreciate the close bond they share. Phyllis spends her free time quilting, working on DIY projects, dabbling in photography, and enjoys traveling throughout the U.S. and Canada.
